Hibernian managed by former Coventry City player manager Terry Butcher have lost their top flight status.
Butcher's side led 2-0 after the first leg at Hamilton Academical but in the second leg at Easter Road in Edinburgh found themselves a goal down in thirteen minutes through Jason Scotland, who earlier this season had played for Barnsley U21's against Coventry City.
In second half, stoppage time, Hamilton drew level on aggregate when Scotland crossed for Tony Andreu to score and send the game into extra time and then penalties.
Hibs had two penalties saved whilst Hamilton scored all four of those and Terry Butcher's side were relegated.
