If you are buying online less then three days before the day of the game your tickets will be available to collect from the ticket office at the Ricoh. Simply walk in and give your name.
The system allows City supporters to pick which block they wish to sit in and then purchase the best available tickets.
Supporters with a booking history and e-mail address on our system will have received a password and instructions of how to purchase through our new online system, but if you haven't received an e-mail don't worry.
For supporters who haven't been sent a password and further information all you need to do is call the Club's ticket office on 0870 421 1987 and choose option one and the Ticket Office will be able to set you up on the system.
