Hull City are promoted to the Premier League after a 1-0 victory in the Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley against a Bristol City side which included former Sky Blues Dele Adebola and Louis Carey.

Phil Brown's side who have had a remarkable run from 15th in the table to third and into the Play-offs, won the game with a 38th minute goal from veteran Dean Windass in front of a crowd of 86,703.
