It's bye,bye West Ham as the East London club were promoted to the Premiership after beating Preston North End 1-0 in the Championship Play-Off Final at Cardiff.

Bobby Zamora scored the only goal of the game in the 56th minute. Coventry born Graham Alexander was a sub for Preston.
