Nathan Cameron has said that he wants to captain Coventry City.
Speaking to the CT's Andy Turner, Cameron said: "I want to be a leader of the team. I was captain of the U16's and then the U18's.
"It's good to have that role, and that experience has helped me be a leader in the first team and I want to keep that going and hopefully, one day become captain.
"It's an ambition of mine because I enjoy talking, leading and organising on the pitch, which I see as a big part of a centre back's role.
"You have to develop that because you can see the whole game from defence and if you don't talk it can cause a lot of problems. So I have tried to develop that in my game.
"It would be massive for me to one day lead the team out, especially after coming through the Academy. It would give me a lot of pride and it would be a huge honour."
