Coventry City have let Chris Camwell train with Milton Keynes Dons.
The left back from Bedworth has come through City's Academy and made his debut away to Scunthorpe United in the final game before City dropped into League Two.
Camwell, has not played a league game since but in the last two seasons, he has made four appearances in cup ties.
This season, he has struggled to command a place in City U23's and it now appears that teenager Sam McCallum, who featured in the win over Southend United, is above in him in the pecking order.
Camwell, has been training with MK Dons this week and so far, there has been no news as to whether they will be persuing their interest in a player, who has a long term contract with the Sky Blues.
Mak Robins told the Coventry Telegraph: “I’ll find out more this week but he’s with them training.
“They want to have a look at him and I have said yes and we’ll see what they want to do, whether they want to do something probably middle of this week.”
