Carey Wanted By Former Club

Bristol City are mounting a bid to resign Louis Carey. The defender who joined the Sky Blues in the summer has admitted fear for his place following the departure of Peter Reid a week ago. The Robins have defensive injuries and are believe to be prepared to pay in order to secure the return of Carey who has played 400 times for the Ashton Gate side.

Former Sky Blue Roy O'Donovan has had a trial at Cheltenham Town extended. The Irishman who failed to break into the City reserve team was released by City before Christmas.
