According to a number of tweets from the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid, Coventry City Football Club Ltd could be liquidated on Friday.
The creditors meet again at 10am on Friday morning and if the CVA is not signed, Administrator Paul Appleton will liquidate the company which Tim Fisher originally stated was a non-operating subsiduary.
Mr Reid has tweeted: "No surprise, but not detecting any #CCFC Ricoh "talks" today. 2 sides seem wilfully miles apart. "Unless things change, it looks likely liquidation of #CCFC Ltd, 15pt penalty, League golden share to Otium with the groundshare at Northampton looking likely."
Mr Reid also tweeted: "Let me be clear to odd trolls both sides. I don't take sides. Council/ACL & Sisu BOTH responsible if no #CCFC at Ricoh"
