Coventry City's Reice Charles-Cook has said that City have to stop Jim O'Brien in the League One game at the Ricoh Arena tomorrow.
O'Brien has joined Shrewsbury after being released by Tony Mowbray and is there with another former City midfielder Gary Deegan.
Charles-Cook told the Coventry Telegraph at this lunchtime's press conference: “We all know the quality Jim O’Brien has - and we have to stop that.
"We know how to deal with him and Gary (Deegan). Me and Jim had a bit of a banter - and I’d hate for him to score.”
Speaking about the game, Charles-Cook, who could not believe that Reda Johnson has dropped down to the National League to sign for Eastleigh said about tomorrow's game: “Shrewsbury will be high intensity and they’ll come straight at us - but with the quality of the players we have in midfield, we can play the ball around and we believe in our methods.”
