Coventry City manager Micky Adams has cancelled Christmas for his players.
Adams, who has asked supporters to grass up any players caught drinking in the pubs and clubs of Coventry and Warwickshire, told the CT: "The festive period for football is a real pain and I have got no doubts at all that some of
my players, no matter what I say to them, will get side-tracked somewhere.
Christmas Cancelled
"I have got to emphasise to them, and I have had a meeting with them to stress that it is a busy period for us.
"And although it is a time when families tend to get together and enjoy themselves, we can't afford to do that. "We have got to really focus on what we are all about.
