Coventry City have confirmed that they have filed their annual accounts on time.
A meeting was held on Monday to sign off the accounts and these accounts have now been filed with the Football League and Companies House.
The club have said in a statement: "Coventry City would like to confirm that it has successfully filed its accounts with Companies House inside the required deadline." and for the first time in four years, the club will not be under a transfer embargo.
The accounts are expected to be publically available via Companies House in the next week or so.
