Coventry City manager Steven Pressley is going on holiday until Monday week.
“We’re going on a cruise,” said Pressley to the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole “and for three or four days I won’t be contactable by phone so it’s an enforced switch-off which I think will do me good.
“I’ve tried to relax since the end of the season but the phone has been constant, mostly conversations with agents. I was speaking to one the other day who said he was a bit concerned to receive an e-mail from me at three in the morning.
"I didn’t realise I was working that late but you do lose track of time.
“There tends to be a rush immediately after the season ends with agents pushing players at you but then things go quiet for a couple of weeks while a lot of managers take some time out their families.
“It will start getting aggressive again in the middle of June as people start thinking about pre-season so I think it was important for me to get away for a few days. I’ve been looking forward to it and by the time I get back I should be fully recharged.”
