Coventry City manager Chris Coleman was far happier with the result of his Sky Blues side beating Barnsley 3-1 at the Ricoh Arena than the performance.
Mark Robins' side had much of the play and this did not go down well with the City boss who said to the Sporting Life: "That's probably the worst we have played for six weeks and for the first 15 minutes we were nowhere near the pace. .
"We went down the other end and scored two so at half-time we told them that we had to improve even though we were two-up. They scored and that made us nervous.
The City boss was full of praise for those who got the game on and added: "Massive credit has to go to everyone who has worked through the night to get the game on - the groundsmen, the stewards - everybody. They have played a big part for us as did our supporters. Three points was their reward."
