Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd has urged his players to get on their PS3's and Xboxes and play Championship Manager so they can have a taste of what a manager goes through.
"I like my players to be mini manager," said Boothroyd to the CT. "Ideally, they would go home and play Championship Manager so they have an idea of what we go through as the staff.
"We have also done little sessions on how we are going to play and what we are going to do because I like them to be involved in that.
"I have always encouraged that because you have got to have thinking players because they all need an understanding of what we need to do and how to play if a man gets sent off or we play against ten men.
"And if we deal with situations like that now then it gets them in thinking about it early."
