Coventry City have confirmed they have held contract talks with Martin Cranie.
The defender is out of contract at the Ricoh Arena on June 30th but City boss Andy Thorn is amongst those who want him to stay and now the Sky Blues have offered him a new two year deal.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Steve Waggott said: "A meeting was held this week with Martin Cranie to discuss the possibility of him signing a new contract to keep him here for at least another two years.
