Despite being relegated to League One, there seems plenty of indication that the Coventry City support is sticking with the club.
To be honest, reasonable support and interest was predicted for City's first two games of the club's first third division campaign for 49 years and over 2100 made the trip to Yeovil Town last Saturday and there were 11,100 City supporters inside the Ricoh Arena for the 1-1 draw with Sheffield United on Tuesday night.
However, according to this morning's CT, a crowd of 11,000 is expected for Saturday for Saturday's game against Bury, not a bad number, considering that Bury have only sold around 150 tickets for the game which kicks off at 3pm.
Tickets are also selling well for Tuesday's Capital One Cup tie against Birmingham City. The Blues had sold 2,000 tickets by yesterday lunch-time but there were healthy queues for tickets on Tuesday night at the Ricoh Arena ticket office for tickets and the same is expected after Saturday's game.
