McQuiod put the Cherries ahead in the 28th minute but Baldwin levelled for John Hughes side in the 51st minute. However, twelve minutes later, Grabban converted a 63rd minute penalty to give Bournemouth.
Elsewhere, Brentford drew 2-2 with Leyton Orient and Notts County beaten Oldham 1-0.
