Coventry City duo Clive Platt and Isaac Osbourne took a training session for forty Coventry youngsters.
The duo were at the Moathouse Leisure Centre in Henley Green, taking part in the club's coaching programme.
The youngsters, who braved the pouring rain, displayed their football skills beofre being presented with a medal and a mini-football.
Speaking about the session to the Coventry Observer, Clive Platt said: "Days like this are always fun to be involved with and its very rewarding passing on some of my knowledge and tips to these kids.
"I was very impressed with the standard. Let's hope some of the them make it into Coventry's Academy in a few years time."
