Coventry City are hoping to have six thousand season ticket holders by the time of the first home league game against Sheffield United on Tuesday August 21st.
City have sold 5,800 so far and Justin Tose told the CT's Alan Poole; "Of course, we would like more season tickets but we knew relegation would take its toll.
"Having said that, we are relatively pleased with where we are at this stage and it would be great, now the Olympics are finished, if we saw a rise in season ticket sales."
