Coventry City Ladies battled well but went ouf of the Womens FA Cup Fifth Round with a 2-1 defeat at Notts County.
Against a Notts County side who have taken over the WSL franchise of Lincoln City for the new season, Craig Nicholls was able to include Wales international Hayley Ladd in his starting line up.
County won two corners before Becky Anderson had a thirteenth minute shot saved by Telford but in the 23rd minute, Dunia Susi broke from the half way line and got into the away before slipping the ball past Sue Wood.
That was the only goal of the half and it was not until the 77th minute when Notts scored a second when Corsie won a header and the offside looking Dunia Susi bundled the ball over the line.
In stoppage time, City got some reward when substitute Karen Clough netted but they could not get another goal and the Sky Blues were out.
