Coventry City Ladies retained the Birmingham County FA Women's Cup with a 4-3 penalties victory against Sporting Club Albion at Solihull Moors tonight.
Chris Holloway's side took the lead in the third minute through Helen Dermody before Albion levelled in the second half through Ashley Neville.
Albion hit the bar but the game went into extra time.
In the 112th minute, Natalie Reay fired into the roof of the net following City's tenth corner of the game but Albion, a division below the Sky Blues came back and levelled for a second time through Robyn James to send the game to penalty kicks.
City won that 4-3 and lifted the Birmingham County FA Women's Cup for the second year in succession.
