City Lose Doyle Appeal

Coventry City's miserable record of not getting red cards rescinded continued today as the appeal commission rejected City's appeal against the 48th minute dismissal of Michael Doyle on Saturday.

The midfielder will now serve a three game ban for his "foul" on Zoltan Gera and will miss the home game against Leicester and the trips to Burnley and Scunthorpe.
