City Make A Tasty Bid For Nacho

According to the Daily Record, Coventry City have made a £500,000 bid for Rangers forward Nacho Novo. Preston North End were interested but City have beaten them and are in talks with the Spaniard.

Born in Ferrol,Spain in March 1979, Novo has played for Raith Rovers where he scored 22 goals in 36 appearances, Dundee where he scored 33 goals in 87 games before moving to Glasgow to play for Rangers. He made his debut in August 2004 and has scored 28 goals in 81 outings.
