Adam Virgo has completed a move to Brighton And Hove Albion. The Seagulls sold the striker/defender to Celtic for £1.5m but he did not play a regular part in Gordon Strachan's plans and was loaned out to Coventry City and last season Colchester United.
Eddy Johnson has been offered a trial at Crewe Alexandra. The forward who did well for City before dropping out of the picture and ending his spell with an early return to Manchester United, was released by Bradford City back in May. He had hoped to sign for Chester City but the deal fell through.
