The Football League launched the Enjoy The Match campaign which will run for the 2008/09 season.
Participating clubs must agree to proactively steward family areas to remove 'abusive language and aggressive behaviour' and run a PA announcement made by local children before the game to encourage positive support before each match.
Chris Coleman and the City team will also have to sign a pledge board that will be displayed in the JSB's area of the ground.
