Coventry City club captain Lee Carsley has said to the controversial new signing Marlon King that he must behave and set an example to the younger players in the squad and not let them down.
King came on as a second half substitute against Preston on Saturday to a warm welcome from the City supporters. Carsley is keen for King to behave and to keep the home fans on his side as he is well aware that opposition fans will be barracking him most of the time.
Speaking to The Sun, Carsley said, "All the older players at the club have a responsibility to set the right example to the younger players and he is one of many here who has to do that."
