Coventry City midfielder Jim O'Brien has joined the list of City players who have publicly said that they want City supporters out in numbers for the game against Yeovil Town on Saturday.
"! think the support is going to be really important for us this season and as long as we’re winning I suppose they’ll keep coming back,” said O'Brien to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner.
“It would be nice to see them on a Saturday afternoon, creating a great atmosphere because we really need them.
“Our away games are really important as well and we’ve been doing really well there too. We’re getting a bit of momentum with five or six unbeaten which is a great little run to go on and we want it to carry on now. So getting a win on Friday is even sweeter.
“Nobody wants to talk about play-offs or promotion at the minute; we’re just taking each game as it comes. But if we are going to do anything this season the fans are important."
