Coventry City have informed four of their players that they will not be getting a new contract when their deals expire on June 30th.
Midfielder Sammy Clingan (pictured above), forward Freddy Eastwood (pictured below), Defender Hermann Hreidarsson and Keeper Danny Ireland have all been told by the club that their services won't be required next season.
To be honest, the news does not come as a shock. Neither Clingan or Eastwood have come up to expectations with their performances of late, whilst Hreidarsson and Ireland have had their time at Coventry affected by injury.
