City Boss On Nazon And Jones
Coventry City manager Mark Robins has said that he is keen to help develop an understanding between Jodi Jones and Ducken Nazon.
The pair have notched up nine goals between them so far this season and Robins told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: “I’m keen to encourage their understanding because they both have great individual ability.
“Both have pace, they’re both dynamic, both hungry and you can see that growing in them all the time.
“Jodi is a different animal and is getting more mature as days go by and it’s really pleasing to see that.
Duckens is slightly different. He’s more power. Jodi has a bit of pace and finesse and great change of direction but Duckens is probably a bit more robust for a central position.
“But they are both doing well and I think the link up is great and when you see that you want to encourage that."
POINTS
Coventry City took sixteen points out of a possible twenty one in the month of September.
The highest monthly points total in the last two seasons was eleven.
