City Watch Bond

According to a number of media reports, Coventry City have had Colchester United's Andrew Bond watched.

The attacking midfielder did not play under Aidy Boothroyd and joined from Barrow this summer. He has made 19 appearances so far this season for the U's and has scored six goals.

Bond was born in Wigan in March 1986 and started with Crewe's Academy. he played 24 games on loan for Lancaster City before joining Barrow in 2006.

He had four seasons at Barrow where he made 79 appearances, scoring six times and chose to go to Colchester ahead of Carlisle United in the summer.
