"In a similar vein to Tuesday night's address, the Board would like to urge as many fans to get behind the team as possible.
There were nearly 8,000 Sky Blues fans inside the Ricoh on Tuesday evening and they were instrumental to the side's victory. It was a tense last ten minutes and the encouragement of the crowd was vital to getting this young team over the line.
Again, we'd like to stress that it's important to recognise , as a football club, the supporters right to express their opinion in the form of a protest or demonstration if they wish to do so. But we ask the fans to direct as much of that passion towards the support of the team as possible.
We're in a difficult time as a club and we know the fans feel the frustration as much as anyone else. The focus now has to be winning matches and ensuring safety in this league."
