Coventry City coach Jamie Clapham has told Matt Joyce in an interview that if you play a certain way then you get certain players.
Clapham said: "With the recruitment this summer we were dilligent, we wanted a character as well as a player with good technical ability. I think it's a testament to the way we want to play that we have players phoning and saying they want to come to our club.
"We've also attracted the Armstrongs, Kents and Murphys and because you play a certain style, you'll get certain players.
"We're fortunate that the players have stepped up to the plate and everyone has hit the ground running."
