Former Coventry City midfielder and captain Sammy Clingan has said that he would like to extend his time at Doncaster Rovers.
Clingan had his first start for over six months when he started Rovers 1-0 home defeat against AFC Bournemouth last week, and told the Sheffield Star's Steve Hossack: “I’d like to stay on until the end of the season.
“I’m here until the end of the year and if things go well then hopefully the manager will call me in for a chat.”
