Former Coventry City striker Clive Platt has been forced to retire from playing.
Platt had been at Bury but has only made two substitute appearances this season after comng back from a cald operation.
However, Platt has now sustained a torn hamstring and has decided to call time on his playing career which has seen him play for the likes of Walsall, Rochdale, Perterborogh and Northampton, making over six hundred appearances and scoring over 100 goals.
