The Coventry Telegraph are reporting that Sisu are likely to contest Friday's High Court case brought by ACL, the owners of The Ricoh Arena, to place the club in administration.
There are several possible outcomes of the High Cout case. The club can do nothing and allow ACL to place the club into administration thus incurring a 10 point deduction and end any play off hopes, but open the way for the club to be taken over.
The club could contest the case, possibly by arguning the original rent deal was not valid, or it could pay part or all of the £1.3m rent ACL say it is owed.
Sisu, the owners of Coventry City FC, would be against the club being placed into administration as they would stand to lose most, if not all of the money they have invested into the club.
