Chris Coleman could get up to £10m to spend on players in the summer.
That is the figure which was banded about at the press conference yesterday to herald the new reign of the Sky Blues 37th manager.
With Ray Ranson claiming yesterday on Sky Sports News that all debts have been written off or paid off, the footballing frontman for SISU Equity knows that the only way to fill the Ricoh Arena on a regular basis is to have a team capable of getting promotion to the Premier League and give them a return on their investment.
That promise of £10 million is reported in certain media outlets as the reason why Coleman joined.
For the moment, Coleman and his assistant Steve Kean will have to make do with loans until March 27th and but is expected to identify his targets and get them during the summer whilst sorting those out of contract like Stephen Hughes,Andy Marshall etc that he may or may not wish to keep.
