Former Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has said that he is hopeful that he will sign a new contract to continue as manager of Wales.
Coleman's contract expires in 2014 and he told BBC Wales; "I think I'll end up signing a new contract, I'm quite confident of that. We're not a million miles apart,
"Wales have been good. Jonathan Ford, our chief executive has been open and honest with me.
"We've had a couple of good conversations and we'll have another one pretty soon.
"I don't see too many major issues with it and the FA are the same - they want it sorted out as soon as we can so we can go forward.
"I'll never do a bigger job than the one I'm doing now. It will always mean the most to me and the one I always wanted to do."
