Said Coleman to the media after the game: "I felt we played some good football at times against a very good footballing team in Southampton.
"They are very good at keeping the ball and we found it hard going in the first half until I changed things around and played a lot tighter in midfield.
"The only thing that disappointed me is that we kept on getting ourselves offside too much and giving them the opportunity to play the ball.
"I was pleased with the way Clinton Morrison got on the scoresheet again and he is showing the rest of the team how to put the ball at the back of the net at the moment.
"I always feel any point away from home is always a good one so I can't complain about getting a point in these conditions tonight.
"It was very cold and very slippy underfoot for the players and we played quite good football considering the conditions."
