Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has again stated his intention to get the Sky Blues into the Premier League.
"I have got no shame in saying I had four or five years as a manager in the Premier League and I am not happy to sit on that and say I worked at that level and it was great," said Coleman to the CT.
"Bugger that, I want to get back there with Coventry City. I have signed for three and a half years and there is a long-term plan, but I can't give that to individual players.
"People talk about Kevin Keegan as a great motivator and he was, but he was right in what he used to say which is that it comes from the individual - if they can't get up on a Saturday morning and fancy a game, whether it is against the Dog and Duck or whoever, then you can't give that someone.
"If you have got talent, good camaraderie and work-rate then you can do well in this league. But we are not consistent enough and we need to find that."
