Speaking to the CT, the City manager said: "I hope the supporters don't turn up and expect anything. "I like it when there is a bit of an edge because it creates an atmosphere which you want because you don't want it to be quiet. You want noise, end of story.
"The supporters who went down to Palace and up to Newcastle were brilliant. We beat QPR before that and didn't play very well really. But I think the supporters understood that we just wanted the poins and they got behind the team and that was a big help for us.
So, whoever, turns up will hopefully get behind the lads and stick with them because at the minute I think they are giving value for money in terms of results and that's all that counts."
