Alan Cork has followed Micky Adams out of the Ricoh Arena door. The former Wimbledon striker managed City's reserve team and was an assistant on match days to the former Coventry City manager.
After a shaky start, Cork transformed the reserves last season, getting them to joint top of the FA Premier Reserve League South table before games and a mass cull of players took its toil and saw City drop to a still enouraging sixth place.
Although the reserves are only playing friendlies this season, of the eighteen matches played, including a Birmingham Senior Cup tie at Nuneaton, nine have been won with four draws.
Darren Robinson who has won two out of the three reserve team games he has been in charge of is expected to take the team for the Birmingham Senior Cup tie at Stourbridge on Tuesday night.
Covsupport thank Alan Cork for all his help over the last two years and wish all the best for the future.
