Chelsea starlet Jack Cork who spent a successful loan period at Coventry City could be leaving Chelsea.
Coventry tried unsuccessfully to sign the 20 defender year old last year having impressed in his 21 games for the Sky Blues.
Jack's father Alan said to The Lancashire Telegraph, “Jack has got two years left on his contract at Chelsea, so it’s all down to what they want to do. I think Coventry put a bid in for him previously but they turned it down."
“He’ll go back to speak to Chelsea and Frank Arnesen on Monday or Tuesday and find out what their plans are. He has played in a few teams that have been struggling now and I think he would just like to be in a team that is winning more games.
“He would go anywhere. I don’t think dropping down to the Championship would worry him. It’s been disappointing for Jack that Burnley have been relegated but personally it has gone well for him. He has enjoyed it there.”
