The Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid is tweeting that MEP Nicki Sinclaire has claimed she was told Coventry City Council Leader Ann Lucas was irrelevant to negotiations regarding the Ricoh Arena.
Mr Reid has tweeted that the MEP claimed on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire that the Ricoh Arena/ACL's Peter Knatchbull-Hugessen told her Coventry City Council leader Lucas was irrelevant to negotiations.
