Councillor Wants More Parking Wardens

Independent Coventry City Councillor Val Stone has called for more parking wardens to be on duty on match days.

Stone, known for her anti-football supporter stance, is backed by the Longford Community Forum and feels that more than ten wardens should be available for every Coventry City home game.

Currently,there are between six and ten wardens for a Saturday game and five to eight for a midweek match.
