The case for those still interested in this very long running saga, is the appeal brought by Sky Blue Sports & Leisure, Otium Entertainment Group and Arvo Master Trust against the decision made in July 2017 by Justice Singh who felt that the Council were within their rights to sell their interest in ACL to Wasps.
