Coventry City striker Kevin Kyle faces two court appearances in the coming months. The Scot who earns £8k a week playing for the Sky Blues will appear in court on February 26th to answer charges of careless driving. he is accused of overtaking a car and braking sharply forcing a police car coming the other way to take evasive action and has already pleaded not guilty.

The Celtic supporting striker is also accused of fighting plus swearing and shouting in the Charlotte Street and Harbour Street areas of his home town Stranraer in October but did not attend a hearing yesterday which set the trial date as March 12th..
Kyle who was fined £500 for fighting outside a kebab shop in Stranraer in 2005 has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
