Coventry City take on newly promoted West Bromwich Albion at The Rioch Arena on Saturday (kick off 3:00pm) in their final pre season warm up match.
West Brom will be without Sam Mantom, who could be out of action for up to a month. The young midfielder had impressed in his three previous pre season friendlies, but suffered a medial knee ligament injury.
Roberto Di Matteo will probably be able to feature four players who have been injured or on World Cup duty, but are now ready to return to action.
Graham Dorrans and Roman Bednar, who both suffered with groin injuries will be available for WBA's last away fixture in their pre season workout.
Chris Wood and Marek Cech, who were on World Cup duty but returned to training last Monday after their extended summer break, will also be available to play.
Other Baggies players likely to miss out on the trip to The Ricoh are Jerome Thomas (knee), who is expected to resume training today. Luke Moore and Simon Cox (both ankle), remain doubtful .
Baggies boss Di Matteo said, "Roman and Dozza both trained yesterday so we expect them to be available."
"Sam's going to be out for up to a month and we'll assess Jerome after training before making a decision. Saturday will come too soon for Coxy but he's not far away now. Luke is also likely to be missing at Coventry."
