"Me and Ben Turner are only young lads and a lot of centre-halves are older, but I think we have slipped in quite well together," said Crainie to the CT.
"We have had a couple of clean sheets already, although it has very much been a collective thing with the team.
"There have been a few mistakes here and there where we have lost track of it, but other than that I think the defence has been good.
"It was a very disappointing result at Blackpool and we have lost our way a little bit over the last two games so we need to get our heads down over the international break and get ready for the next game.
"But I feel I have settled in quickly."
