Crewe Alexandra manager Steve Davis has said that he will not change his formation for tonight's game against Coventry City at the Ricoh Arena.
Davis told Peter Morse of the Crewe Chronicle that he will keep the 4.3-3 system he has been using during pre-season and in their opening matches this season and said: "We worked on it all pre-season so we are not going to throw it away just yet, we want to make it work. They all know their jobs and roles.
"Whether we change personal within that system is something we will consider for tomorrow. If we weren't creating chances I'd look at a different system maybe. You have to show faith in them."
