Coventry City defender Cyrus Christie is backing the Football League Initiative Kids For A Quid which Football League clubs are running over the Easter weekend.
City are having a Kids For A Quid day on Saturday for the home game against Peterborough United and young defender Cyrus Christie is backing the scheme whereby an adult including season ticket holders can being up to four children.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, the Coventry born defender said: "It's great to get young people involved with the club from an early age.
"The Ricoh Arena is a great stadium to come to, especially at the moment it's an enjoyable place to be.
"It's always nice to play in front of a big crowd too because the bigger the crowd you play in front of the more it spurs you on."
